Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • FOR FILLING:
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Small Onion Minced
  • 1/2 Small Tomato Minced
  • 1 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 Gm Paneer Soaked In Hot Water
  • Salt To Taste

  • 1. To Prepare The Filling, Heat Ghee. Add The Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli And Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute With Some Salt Till Wilted.
  • 2. Add The Turmeric And Red Chilli Powder And Saute It For A Minute.
  • 3. Drain The Paneer From Water And Crumble Into The Mixture. Saute It Well For A Couple Of Minutes, Adjust Seasoning And Switch Off.
  • 4. In A Large Pan, Melt The Butter. Whisk The Eggs Well With Some Salt And Pepper. Pour Into The Pan And Spread To Make It A Large Round.
  • 5. Cook Till The Top Looks Done. Spread The Paneer Filling In The Center. Sprinkle The Coriander Leaves On Top.
  • 6. Now Slowly Fold Side By Side For The Omelette To Stick. Cook For A Couple Of Minutes.
  • 7. Transfer To Your Serving Plate And Enjoy Hot! You Can Give It A Drizzle Of Ketchup Or Siracha Sauce.
