Ingredients
- Egg: 1
- Chia Seeds: 1 Tbsp
- Flaxseeds: 1 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Flakes: 1 Tbsp
- Salt: To Taste
- Pepper: To Taste
- Multi-Grain Bread: 4 Slices
- Tomato Or Fresh Tomato Puree
- Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp
- Onion: 1 Cup (Chopped)
Method
- 1. Whisk Egg With Chopped Onions, Chilli Flakes, Pepper, Salt, Chia Seeds, And Flaxseeds.
- 2. Heat Oil And Pour The Egg Mixture Into The Saucepan.
- 3. Place Bread Slices Topped With Tomato Puree Or Thin Tomato Slices On Top Of The Egg Mixture ( Face Down) And Let It Cook For 3-4 Minutes.
- 4. Gently Flip The Egg And Cook It For Another 2 Minutes.
- 5. Serve It Hot
