Ingredients

  • Egg: 1
  • Chia Seeds: 1 Tbsp
  • Flaxseeds: 1 Tbsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1 Tbsp
  • Salt: To Taste
  • Pepper: To Taste
  • Multi-Grain Bread: 4 Slices
  • Tomato Or Fresh Tomato Puree
  • Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp
  • Onion: 1 Cup (Chopped)

Method

  • 1. Whisk Egg With Chopped Onions, Chilli Flakes, Pepper, Salt, Chia Seeds, And Flaxseeds.
  • 2. Heat Oil And Pour The Egg Mixture Into The Saucepan.
  • 3. Place Bread Slices Topped With Tomato Puree Or Thin Tomato Slices On Top Of The Egg Mixture ( Face Down) And Let It Cook For 3-4 Minutes.
  • 4. Gently Flip The Egg And Cook It For Another 2 Minutes.
  • 5. Serve It Hot
