Ingredients
- Boiled Egg – 3
- Onions – 2 Tbsp Chopped
- Carrot – 2 Tbsp Grated
- Baby Tomato – 2 Tbsp Diced
- Greek Yogurt – 2 Tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard – 1 Tsp
- Celery Stalk -2 Tbsp
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Method
- 1. Chop Onions And Mix Them In A Bowl With Grated Carrot, Celery Stalk And Eggs.
- 2. Whisk The Yoghurt With Dijon Mustard, Salt And Pepper.
- 3. Pour The Yoghurt Mix Over The Salad And Mix Well.
- 4. Serve.
