Ingredients

  • Boiled Egg – 3
  • Onions – 2 Tbsp Chopped
  • Carrot – 2 Tbsp Grated
  • Baby Tomato – 2 Tbsp Diced
  • Greek Yogurt – 2 Tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard – 1 Tsp
  • Celery Stalk -2 Tbsp
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Method

  • 1. Chop Onions And Mix Them In A Bowl With Grated Carrot, Celery Stalk And Eggs.
  • 2. Whisk The Yoghurt With Dijon Mustard, Salt And Pepper.
  • 3. Pour The Yoghurt Mix Over The Salad And Mix Well.
  • 4. Serve.
