Berry Smoothie Popsicle (with Mint)

This recipe takes everything wonderful about berry smoothies and adds a hint of mintiness

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup of milk
  3. 1 cup frozen / fresh mixed berries – Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries
  4. 1 tbsp honey
  5. 1-2 mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Blend the yogurt, milk, berries, honey, and optional mint leaves on medium speed until smooth.
  • 2. Pour mixture into the Pop Molds.
  • 3. Freeze and enjoy!
