Berry Smoothie Popsicle (with Mint)
This recipe takes everything wonderful about berry smoothies and adds a hint of mintiness
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup frozen / fresh mixed berries – Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1-2 mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Blend the yogurt, milk, berries, honey, and optional mint leaves on medium speed until smooth.
- 2. Pour mixture into the Pop Molds.
- 3. Freeze and enjoy!
